黃重諺受訪表示，蔡總統稍早出席「桃園市社會住宅動土典禮」致詞時，有典禮看板剝落情形，經了解應是主辦單位布置時疏忽，接著不確實造成。蔡總統沒因此受影響，維安人員也在崗位上迅速反應。
他說，這樣的疏失，主辦單位已向府方表達歉意，未來各項活動安排也會詳細注意。1051219
